My sincerest apologies. The shoes expanders and accessories have not arrive till date. I reckon the delay is due to Typhoon Morakot. Many businesses in Taiwan have to halt operation for a few days, including the post office, for safety purpose.

I've dropped the supplier an email & will post all updates here as soon as i receive his reply.
